Home shirt worn by France during their Euro 1996 as the Les Blues made the semi-finals before losing to the Czech Republic on penalties. The campaign saw France finish on top of the group of death which also involved Spain, Romania and 1994 World Cup semi-finalists Bulgaria; after two wins and draw. A penalty shootout victory in the quarterfinals over the Netherlands saw France clinch a spot in the final four.
